Microsofts next flagship to feature 3D Touch technology claims report

Microsofts upcoming front runner smartphone is reportedly codenamed as McLaren, which is tipped to make its debut in the United States, on different carriers, later this year. The new Windows Phone from the Redmond company, that acquired the Finnish based manufacturer, Nokia, will come with new features like Kinect inspired sensors, that is internally known as 3D Touch or Real Motion (Nokia developed?), according to the source reports.
The new function on the phone will let its users hover their fingers over the devices display panel to work around with different applications and even play games. The Verge also reports the upcoming handsets back design will be somewhat similar to the Nokia made Windows Phone, Lumia 1020, with the slightly humped casing for the primary shooter and LED flash.
The purported impending Microsoft phone or codenamed McLaren will come fitted with a number of hardware sensors to make their new 3D Touch technology work well. According to the reads, users of the smartphone will be able to answer a phone call by raising the phone towards their ears and to enable the speaker, all you need to do is just place the handset on a table during an active call, users can also end the call by placing their smartphones in pocket. And with these new sensors on board, you can silent your smartphone by just covering it with your hands or when held to chest and just wave your hands over the screen to dismiss alerts and other notifications.
Once the phone is official, it will also have the abilities to detect how the user is holding the 3D Touch enabled smartphone, that is said to improve the screen orientation while using it in bed for instance. The looming phone from Microsoft is said to skip the physical button on the sides of the device, where you will be able to wake the phone up by just holing it within your hands. With the clear interaction of the sensors and the operating system, you can zoom in and out the lens from the camera app by just dragging your fingers along the sides of the rumored smartphone.
As stated by them, the company was in plans to introduce their new 3D Touch tech and Windows Phone 8.1 OS on Nokias phone, codenamed Goldfinger handset, but as things have changed in the mean time for Nokia, Microsoft will have to shift their idea over a new device. The authority also talks about the new MixView feature from their software side, where users will be able to hover over a live tile from the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system and also open it with a "tap down in the air", basically without the need of touching the display, to open a set of small tile, with applications apposite to it.
Unfortunately, we dont have any other information regarding the handset Microsoft is preparing in their pipelines. But if everything aforementioned goes up for an official announcement, this can be a tough competitor for other upcoming 3D technology enabled smartphones.

HTC may be the next Nexus manufacturer as evidence arrives

We have been hearing some words like HTC and Nexus together for a while now, and today here is some added on evidence to party. There is a new Nexus tablet coming up from the Taiwanese multinational manufacturer for smartphones and tablets, HTC. The upcoming Google partnered slate is presently named/codenamed as the Volantis or Flounder, which is an 8.9-inched Android running tablet. Android Police has got their hands on to some information of the impending slate, revealing the devices internal specifications, features and other details regarding the pricing and announcement.
According to the people from Android Police, they dont feel to treat the news as any kind rumors from the air, as their Editor, Liam Spradlin, feels enough confident in their information, they have been receiving from multiple sources on the codenamed Volantis tablet over the past months of the year. Android Police has also posted up a source image along with their latest article, where the new slate is internally mentioned as the Nexus 9. What you see from the above picture is a redrawn Press render by the source, of the image that came with the original filing you see attached below, for the sake of better vision and clearer clarity with the screen on.
The other new reports on the new Volantis tablet from Google and HTC is claimed to be build with premium materials. Okay folks, its a different fact that once we see any rumored or leaked phone or tablet go official from the manufacturers, it doesnt seems to always feature that premium metal construction, as talked earlier, rather making it out of the same polycarbonate chassis. Lets not hope the same here, even though what we see from the initial renderings dont look like any sort of aluminum zero-gap construction with tapered edges, as reported, only resembling the looks of their current flagship, Nexus 5 like industrial design.
And for the the leaked internal specification listing, the new tablet is expected to make it to the public with a 64-bit NVIDIA Logan Tegra K1 processor, 8.9-inches screen of 2048 x 1440 resolution display, at 281 pixels-per-inch and 4:3 aspect ratio (which dont count well here), 16 and 32 gigabytes of internal mass storage options, two gigabytes of Random Access Memory, eight megapixels main shooter on the back with Optical Image Stabilization and LED flash light, a three megapixels front facing snapper. There is also the stereo front-facing speakers, even though we cant find anything from these photographs. The device is measured at 226.3 x 151.8 x 7.8 millimeters in dimensions and the WiFi only model weighs 418 grams, while the LTE version is slightly hefty at 427 grams on mass.
Lastly for the pricing, for now the premium tablets are reportedly priced at 399 United States Dollars for the 16 gigs model and $499 for the 32 gigabytes option, where the LTE enabled version can go up to $600+ tags, according to the words from tipster. But let us remind you that, this are just in case to be more curious and it is suspect to change when this finally becomes a consumer product. The Volantis tablet is also indicated to arrive with some official accessories like keyboard cases and other stuffs. The slate is hinted to come officially to the public presence sometime in the quarter 4 of this year, as a part of Androids L release. Do you remember an unknown tablet that showed its face-off on the Android webpage, at the end of last year?
