BlackBerry launches their newest Porsche Design P9983

BlackBerry has announced their latest addition to the companys first-rate fleet of luxurious and premium Porsche Design smartphones, which had already showed up in a leak the past month. Yesterday, the company decided make things official and we now have the latest generation Porsche Design P9983 unveiled as their successor to their 2013 predecessor handset, Porsche Design P9982.
This is the North American, Canadian based telecommunication and wireless equipment companys third smartphone between their collaboration with the Porsche Design. The new BlackBerry Porsche Design P9983 is a well appointed and extravagant smartphone built with deluxe quality materials including, sapphire crystal glass for the camera lens, forged stainless steel for the Porsche Design logo branding and the chassis construction, along with the special glass-weave technology used for the back cover. Additionally, the new Porsche Design device will feature a 3.1-inches touchscreen of 720 x 720 resolution and the traditional BlackBerrys proprietary designed QWERTY with the so-called specially crafted glass-like keys, offering supplementary durability of inelastic synthetic material and boasting the very special 3D effect with silver font characters.

LG ships 12 3 Million smartphones in their Quarter 1 2014 earnings

LG Electronics, Incorporated also announced their Quarter 1 earnings report today, where this South Korean company noted 319 percent increase in their net profit, when we compare their numbers of the same quarter of the previous year. This Quarter 1, LG gained 92.60 Billion KRW (86.62 Million United States Dollars) with an operating profit of 504 Billion KRW ($471.47 Million), where the company marked significant improvement from their previous quarter. So, this first quarter for the South Koreans managed a consolidated revenue of 14.27 Trillion KRW ($13.35 Billion), with an increase of 1.2 percent from the same quarter of 2013.
Now, according to our department, LG Mobile Communications Company, shipped about 12.3 Million smartphones in the first three months, taking 75 percent of all phones shipped, the firm marked an increase of 19 percent from the same period, last year. Lifes Good also said that, they have shipped five Million 4G LTE smartphone, which is the most ever in a single quarter. A revenue of 3.41 Trillion KRW ($3.19 Billion), which increased by 6 percent year-after-year. Meizu announces their latest generation MX4 smartphone again ahead of IFA
Meizu, another Chinese based smartphone and consumer electronics manufacturer has announced their latest high-end flagship smartphone in the companys homeland named as the new, Meizu MX4. Alike what the folks from China did the past year with their predecessor handset, the Meizu MX3, this time around too theyve announced the smartphone just a day ahead of the International Franchise Association (IFA) trade show, to kick-off from Berlin, Germany. And if you guys remember, Meizu was one of those first mobile manufacturers to hold the record of announcing their phone with 128 gigabytes of built-in ROM storage option, the previous year.
So, talking about the newly unveiled smartphone from Meizu, the handsets outer body or the shell is made out of aluminum-magnesium alloy, which weighs only around 147 grams in hands. The thickness of the whole phone is also a main part of attraction, now marking its dimensions only at 144 x 75.2 x 8.9 millimeters thick. Meizu MX4 will be coming in a number of color option to select from, which includes shades from White, Gold to Gray tint options. Samsung invites the media to their Unpacked 5 event at MWC this month

Xiaomi releases their flagship Mi4 in China
Xiaomi had announced their latest flagship smartphone named Mi 4 in China. The new phone comes with steel on the sides and the back will be available in plastic, bamboo, leather, fabric, wood and marble. The device will be available for Chinese market by end of this month and globally somewhere in the month of September.
The company had also announced Mi Band that functions fitness monitor, sleep tracker, smart alarm, water resistant and 30-day standby power. It costs around $13. The cost of the 16GB variant is US Dollars 320 and the 64GB variant costs around USD 400.
Xiaomi Mi 4 packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.5GHz processor, 5-inches full HD screen with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 display, it comes in two variants, 16GB and 64GB internal memory, three gigabytes of Random Access Memory, 13 megapixels primary camera and 8 megapixels of secondary camera, both sporting Sony CMOS sensors, 3,080mAh powered battery and runs Android version 4.4 KitKat with the MIUI 6 user interface on the board.

BlackBerry shows off Z3 and Q20 at their MWC event
The Canadian smartphone and operating system manufacturer, BlackBerry is back to the markets, as the companys new Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman, John Chen introduces, the new Z3 and Q20 handsets at their Mobile World Congress trade show event, held yesterday.
As said by the firms CEO in position, the new Z3 smartphone is BlackBerrys first ever phone thatll make it to the Taiwanese Foxconns network, in a strategic partnership, announced back in December, 2013. The other phone we have from the Canadian this time is the next generation Q20, which will sport the companys traditional physical QWERTY keyboard, buttons and a dedicated trackpad.
The new BlackBerry Z3 (from the above picture) will come out of its box with a Dual-Core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Cortex-A7 Central Processing Unit (CPU) and Adreno 305 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a full five-inches screen of 540 x 960 resolution display marked at 220 pixels-per-inch, eight gigs of internal mass storage and 1 1.5 GB Random Access Memory (RAM), five megapixels main camera on the back with 1.1 megapixels snapper on the front, fourth generation LTE connectivity on board, running BlackBerry 10.2.1 OS over the hood. The Z3 attributes some apps like BlackBerry Hub, BBM, BlackBerry Keyboard, Time Shift & Story Maker, BlackBerry 10 Browser, Instant Previews & Reply, Fast, Easy Sharing, FM Radio and more. The handset is expected to show up on most of the major carriers around Indonesia, staring April.
Lastly, the BlackBerry Q20, bringing back the old Menu, Back, Send and End hardware buttons along with their integrated trackpad to 2014, featuring a 3.5-inches capacitive touchscreen, which is currently the largest one announced from the BlackBerry QWERTY phones fleet. Other internals specifications of the phone is disclosed at the moment, only saying about a large battery for better battery life and premium material used in making it more reliable and durable. The phone will ship with enhancements from BlackBerry 10, by the end of second half of this year.
